Jonathan Hays gives a presentation to students and teachers at the National Association of Teachers of Singing Eastern Region Conference entitled Sport Psychology and Peak Performance: Putting an Edge on the Mental Game of Singing. The presentation will explore the topic of Sport Psychology, and will include techniques for getting into "the zone", deliberate practice, and understanding the ways singers and athletes cope with performance pressures.
